In preparation for the alignment service, refueled the car to about half tank level.

Before leaving, checked the tyre pressure and the RR tyre that got nail in the tread lost 0.2kgf/cm2 over the last 3 weeks.
This is with the wheel off the car so once back on the car, it will accelerate the pressure leak due to chassis weight so I hope the owner will check the tyre pressure regularly and have it sorted very soon.

Re-torqued the wheel nuts after getting back to my place as a standard procedure.

Before visiting the alignment platform, it is a MUST procedure to go through all of the alignment adjuster bolts/nuts and apply silicone grease to prevent future oxidation.
You don’t want to arrive at the alignment place only to find that your adjusters were already seized and no way adjusting it.

Honda uses metal collar surrounded by the rubber for their bush so if any moisture managed to get inside around the adjuster bolt, you will have big time releasing it.
Already experienced it on UK based NSX as well as on some of the S2000 models in Japan.

Oxidation already happening at some of the threads including the front toe adjuster.

My trusted SST torque wrench for closed bolt/nut situation.

The typical slip/drop of the compliance pivot assy. FR side dropped further than the FL side. Not too bad on this NSX though.

As seen on many NSX, the FR Caster adjuster was already seized and couldn’t move the adjuster at all.
Looking at the paint marker from the factory, looks like it was never touched any way.

Fortunately, the FL side Caster adjuster is free from corrosion and moves freely as in the photos.
Therefore, during the alignment session, I’ll aim to match the Caster between R & L as closely as possible.
NSX already has huge caster angle (8deg+) any way from the factory and as long as you can get about 5deg or more with matched figure between R & L, you are OK.

Booked the service for tomorrow morning and it’s going to be another long session.

Aiming to return this NSX over this weekend.
