Beautiful Koyo Racing Rad installed. No modification required as long as you study the structure of the pipe and how you install the rad fan shroud.

While there is extra space available, replaced the CL master cyl.

Front compartment is almost done. Will attach the harness clamps at the rad fan motor cable later.

By the way, someone overtightened the coolant drain plugs at both the Front and Rear Eng block.
The base fitting came off with the drain plug and that means lots of coolant left inside the Eng block will be splashed on one's head as soon as you release the tool.
Even I was prepared, still managed to splash the coolant on the garage floor so not happy at all…..

Re-installed using the new metal gaskets.

One of the reason why the CL pedal felt so heavy with lots of friction.

The pocket at the CL release fork was completely dry and it seemed that the holder spring at the release fork saddle was very weak that the fork itself was partially dislocated.

Cleaned the pocket thoroughly and then applied the Urea grease. New CL slave cyl installed.

Later, after installing the CL hose and bled the air, the CL pedal felt so much better.

You can still feel the friction through the CL pedal when releasing it but the actual pedal feeling has improved dramatically.
Still bit heavy so the CL friction discs could be at the final part of their life but still no slipping yet.
