At the right side, someone already cracked the notches at the B-pillar panel. Left side was still fine.




This adjuster should have been placed behind the panel….

Later I found out the reason. The adjuster was cross threaded.
Had big time removing the rear sash because of this and while trying to release the seized adjuster without damaging the long arm structure, nearly broke one of my left hand finger….






If you are not used to it, probably you will struggle extracting/inserting the rod at the rear sash out of the door opener mechanism.
Always get hold of spare lock washer (the parts with light blue colour, there is also yellow washer and metal washer behind there, all three required) as they are easy to fly away somewhere inside there or even crack from time to time.
