CCU back in place and carried out Self diag as well as Function & Operation check.
Really annoying noise from the aspirator fan at the cabin temperature sensor but didn’t want to deal with it after what I saw behind the aftermarket ICE head unit….

Type-R bar and front anti-roll bar are so close each other under 1G so probably it will make noise when the weight distribution changes.

Can your engine idle at 600rpm smoothly? If not, you have some sort of problem such as dirty TH body, wrong base idle setting, etc. Adjusted the base idle rpm and had to open the idle screw 200deg so bit surprised.
The CEL will be On when you are forcing the ECU into base idle check mode on DBW model but it will disappear after removing the SCS terminal.

Not easy to take good photo while holding the timing light but base IG timing checked against the crank pulley marking.

So, ready for the test driving session.

First initial test driving done and back on the lift. No scratch marking around the damper area.
This NSX is using wheel spacers at the front and rear so different from how I normally feel after installing the Bilstein damper. Changing the offset has huge impact on handling and stability under braking.
Also, the effect of compliance pivot lock was felt. Bit more vibration into the steering and front end.

Too early to make any adjustments or alignment until the rubber parts and dampers settle.

By the way, you are using new disc with used pad and had problem with the installation of RR brake calliper.
Normally, I will allow about 1,000miles before start using hard braking when replacing disc and pad at the same time but for this NSX, probably about 500miles would be reasonable.
Please do not use pad material bedding in process for your case. No need. Instead, please use gentle braking like you do when driving in the busy city traffic. You need to be gentle any way as the ride height changed and yet, we won’t be able to do the alignment until the bush/damper settles.
Please avoid hard braking unless under emergency case and again, do not use the bedding in process.

Will carry out the 30 - 40min cruising mode test driving session plus activating the VTEC and bring the engine to high rpm band this afternoon.

As reported earlier, I don't know what kind of method/chemical was used for coating the valve covers so to be on the safe side, I won't apply dressing fluid on them.
Just applied the fluid on the shop towel and then applied it to the air box case, rubber hoses, etc to avoid the fluid getting in contact with the valve covers.

Hope I can wash the car before it starts raining.
Almost ready to return the car to the owner and anther one will be here very soon.
