FR inner brake pad outer edge didn’t look making good contact against the disc.
The calliper slider pins move freely and both pistons were pushed back using just finger so looked to be disc related.
Replacing the disc any way so something to be checked after covering many miles.
By the way, I couldn’t ignore the twisted Goodridge brake lines. Only the RR corner was installed properly and rest of the three corners were heavily twisted and touching other parts at many places. Dangerous.....
Decided to re-install them properly. The brake line no longer touches other parts.
Thank you to Goodridge for their continued support for the UK NSX owners. The price went up for 2015 but still, really good price and always good support with quick delivery. Ordered another set a while ago for the future service.
New damper at the front.
Checking the clearance of the perch at full droop.
Will check the compression side once on the flat dolly.
The owner brought the new disc and pad shim so installed them properly. The calliper back in place, brake line re-installed and the spacer back in place.
Getting there.....
Compression check to be done followed by idle rpm adjustment.
Time to deal with the already damaged centre console to take the A/C CCU out ….
It’s going to be fun….
