Under estimated the amount of tasks required for this NSX and also trying to do so many things in limited time for other projects that I had to limit the time updating the blog recently.
Apology to the owner that I couldn't update the blog to the level that I wanted to be.

It's also affecting future service schedule for other owners in the queue and I’m about 2 weeks behind the schedule so just quick updates.

It may look light brown but not easy to show the true colour using this camera. To my eyes, it was more like very dark brown colour when I checked the fuel left inside the fuel filter. Glad we decided to replace it this time.

Engine and gbox back in place.

As reported earlier, I didn’t like the way the spring loaded bolt was used on the aftermarket CAT. Decided to use the shorter design at the Rear one and standard length at the Front side.

If you study how the Eng/Gbox, sub-frame and chassis frame are connected and also the clever design that Honda engineers introduced in this area, you will understand why you can get the alignment so close to the original before taking the eng/gbox out and also the importance of the sequence and how to torque the bolts/nuts in this area.
The final bit to be tightened is the rear mount bolt/nut. Otherwise, you will create new issues.

I don’t like re-using these heavily corroded bolts at the shift cable cover. Only re-used one and replaced remaining four.

The owner brought replacement anti-roll bar links but after inspecting them, there was no need to replace them so just re-used the existing ones.
In fact, I don’t need to touch them when taking the eng/gbox out or when replacing the damper as I use different method in dealing with them.

Quick oil and filter change. Extra used oil sucked out from the top. Always I prefer filling the new filter with the fresh oil although not a MUST procedure.
