Visited the local place to collect the nicely balanced INJ.
Normally, you would get the test report but unfortunately on this occasion, the rig operator splashed the whole lot of cleaning solution on the report that the paper itself was damaged and couldn’t read anything.

However, he told me that before the test, the spray pattern was not even between the INJ but after the cleaning, it was uniform and the measured amount between each INJ was within 2cc so very good result.

All the parts removed from the INJ. New filter installed by the operator and I’ll install the OEM seal, o-ring and cushion.

Very strong cleaning solution. It even stripped my paint marker but all of them looks so much better compared to the previous state.

The good effect of ultrasonic. It even removed the surface corrosion near the port.

After setting the INJ into the fuel rail, the whole assembly together with the new OEM parts were pressed into the intake manifold.

By the way, can’t do much with this black liquid gasket residue without scratching the rubber hose so going to leave it for now.

Cleaning the eng bay.
Before/after.

With the thermal shock, I don’t know how effective it is to apply standard coating on eng bay so normally, I won’t apply anything and just clean it during Eng Refresh.
I only apply thin coat of coating at the top side just before attending the event and don’t like applying natural wax where it is hard to remove the wax layer later.

Replacing the CL hose and fuel filter followed by Eng installation.
