VTEC spool valve serviced, new P08 spec gasket/filter installed together with the new bolts. Very important especially the short bolts as they are exposed to heat and moisture resulting in breakage over long time.




Oil pressure sender unit back in place with new o-ring.




Not easy to take good photo but as always, IAT sensor was covered in thick blowby debris. Cleaned it and going to install it together with the new o-ring after getting the INJ back from cleaning.




Can’t do any better for cleaning the intake manifold without removing it. Before/after.
Inspected the VVIS butterfly screws with fibre scope and as far as I can see, no issues.




That was super dirty TH body…. Took some time to get to this level.
Probably going to have fun adjusting the idle rpm as someone already touched it.
