What a busy week…. Didn’t have time updating the blog so doing catch up but kept uploading the photo to the web album so hope the owner was watching them.

The brown cam seals at the rear bank punched in.

The cam shafts at the rear bank back in place.
Liquid gasket will be cleaned later.

Extra parts started to arrive.

The expensive Type-R/NSX-R coolant tank cover.
Applied 303 inside/outside for UV protection of this cover itself.

This NSX has special paint but fortunately, the washer nozzle was the same price as others.

In fact, so cheap that better to replace it than spending hours trying to remove the residue inside with the risk of scratching the bonnet paint.
Even with the compressed air, couldn't remove the blockage so has to use hot water or something in addition.

Having said this, this NSX has aftermarket bonnet and not sure I want to replace the nozzle by myself as I don’t know how well the fixing holes were copied from the OEM one.
Don’t want to crack the paint at the very edge of the hole while removing it…..
Something to be discussed with the owner.

Not going to remove the INJ for the cleaning yet as I must be at the specific state before taking the INJ to my local place.
Quick turnaround so should be able to have them cleaned next week.

Removing the old red sealant from the WP bolt thread as well as from the oil cooler ones.

By the way, behind the oil cooler, there were lots of oxidation so spent some time cleaning the area.
