After cleaning the cyl head as much as possible, new o-ring under #1 cam holder installed.

Before applying the liquid gasket, the mating surface should be cleaned to this level.

Cam shaft about to be installed.

Torqued carefully in three rounds and done.

This is how the liquid gasket at the cam end black disc should look like. No excess liquid gasket around the black disc please.
The excess at the edge of cam holder will be removed later.

The brown cam seal punched in during the cam shaft installation process.

Any excess liquid gasket at #1 and #4 cam holders will be removed once it has cured.

Moving on to the rear bank cam shafts.

I have busy schedule for tomorrow so don’t think I can work on the engine.

Will be back shortly.
