Now I know why the RR brake pad was showing the strange movement.

The lower slider pin was not aligned properly into the recess of the fixing point and the entire calliper body was bolted with some angle against the bracket/pad.

Very dangerous as the calliper mounting bolt could have loosened.
Will install it properly as I need to replace the brake disc for the owner later.

Took some time removing the spring loaded CAT bolt due to design issue of the high flow CAT.

The bolt hole was not wide enough and with the length of the bolt body, the head will hit the CAT body when installing/removing the bolt. In fact, someone already struggled and widen the bolt hole but still not wide enough.

I think I’m going to have fun again on installation of the new bolt…..

Because of the loose aftermarket Eng GND wire at the front bank valve cover, the gasket was not sealed properly allowing the oil to drip down to the front cross beam.

Because the gunk was so thick, decided to clean it first before putting it back for eng removal.

Before/after

As mentioned, never use this type of standard jubilee clip on the coolant hose.

Already chewed into the hose and not creating tight seal.

In fact, the bottom surface of the header tank was still wet when I removed it so either it was leaking from the upper/lower hose connection or there was a crack at the welding of the tank.
The owner agreed to go back to OEM spec and that is a very wise decision.

The Eng is out of the bay and before start washing it, inspected the area from different angle to estimate the amount of work as well as the condition.

As reported earlier, the cap nut for the GND cable was very loose so oil was leaking from the front bank.
