Normally, I don’t need to remove this eng rear vent but as I’ll be installing the Bilstein damper, decided to remove it now and found this.
All three fixing screws at the front section were missing.




Wrapping, wrapping, wrapping….




Found someone used ordinary nut at the rear IG coil cover causing rust on the stud bolt thread on the #3 cam holder.
Not good….. Should have used the cap nut….




This NSX was equipped with some sort of aftermarket extra GND Earthing cables but some of them were loose and not installed properly.
In fact, on NA engine with not so high compression, there is not much point in using this. Also, if you are getting noise on your ICE without major Eng mod, then something is not done properly on the ICE installation side.

Going to remove it as it’s causing more issues with no benefit.




I don’t think I want to re-use these spark plugs despite there was no dark brown corrosion.
Covered in lots of oil and carbon.
Seems to be the effect of the specific fuel used. The insulator was all red. Shell??
