Part of the exh pipe hitting the back box. Eventually, it will make small hole.

Another example of extra rust at the right side of the car. I don’t think I can re-use these bolts at the rear anti-roll bar bush holder.

This toe control arm bush looked to be twisted further than normal setting. I wonder what kind of alignment setup are being used with the spacers.

I have no option but to break these spring loaded CAT bolts.
In fact, it’s quicker than trying to tackle the corroded and already like a rounded nut.

A/C gas level was at mid-low level despite the o-rings were replaced by the owner.

Looked like it was leaking from the receiver fitting as well as at the compressor although it could be the splashed gas/oil when someone was servicing the system.

Very rusty CL slave cyl.

The owner wants me to replace the CL hose with SoS one but it’s always best to replace the CL master/slave/hose as a set.
The master looked the original one but no leakage at all so difficult decision…..

This RL brake hose is not installed properly and heavily twisted. I may be able to correct it when placing the eng back in place.
