The Fuel filter is not secured properly (twisted) and causing the fuel line to hit the nearby parts. Fortunately, I think we found it in time before causing small cut resulting in eng room fire.

The passenger side wiper arm was set too high.
Unfortunately, I can’t lower it because the aftermarket bonnet is already sitting against the arm and it will cause even more issues if lowered.

On arrival, while I was looking at the area under the bonnet with the owner, noticed that the TH pedal cable was moving freely.
When I removed the cover, found that the cable was not secured at all.

Probably someone tried to adjust the free play and didn’t set the locking nut at the specific angle. With the vibration, eventually it got loose and loose. This is not the first time I saw this on DBW model and lots of owners tried to minimise the cable free play only to introduce new issue.

The ABS on this NSX was upgraded to the later spec one body style. Unfortunately, the brake pipes were not installed and secured properly. If touching each other, it could cause puncture in the future.
Should look like this as seen on my red NSX.

I’m afraid the radiator is/was leaking. For now, it looked as if the dried and hardened coolant ingredient is sealing the leakage but eventually, it will start dripping. Recommended the owner to replace the radiator in the future.
