Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

Torqued the crank pulley bolt to the spec and installed the ACG with the new belt.




All coolant hoses around the engine replaced.






While the engine is still out of the bay, carried out initial dressing.






Even you won't be able to see some of the area once all the parts are back in place, dressed all the hidden areas as well.


Will do the 2nd round after the test driving session.
Still, already looking nice.




Will install the CL slave cyl, replace O2 sensor, etc before putting the eng back in the bay.


Very busy for the rest of the month dealing with Japan so bit tight on the schedule returning this NSX to the owner this weekend. Probably more realistic to say around early/mid next week.
