Installed the TB and checking each timing markings again and again and again....

It's not a race engine so each engine has slightly different timing.

Warmed up the garage and adjusted the TB tension.

1st picture: There should be a small 'tick' mark on the crankshaft, could your ruler be covering it as you were aligning it with the arrow? Thanks....

If you blow the picture up you will see the little arrow on the crankshaft sprocket.

All these markings are just reference. Each engine has slightly different true timing.
I don't post what I do and what adjustments made on several processes later even without the use of addjustable cam pulley.
That's the know-how and only available to those taking my services.

By the way, you don't even need to look for the marking on the TB drive pulley. As long as you installed it in the correct orientation, the TDC will be 1 tooth (or, should I say 1.5) behind the key. If you were looking at the marking, it's the triangle marking and not the square one.

You can find these information in the Workshop Manual available online so worth reading during your spare time.

It's for the TDC and IG timing. There is also a blue marking.
