Tried to show the amount of blowby mist trapped inside the intake manifold VVIS chamber but not easy to do so using my camera. Probably not enough to cause white smoke at very high rpm but at some point, open the VVIS and remove all blowby oil. Best when doing the INJ cleaning and balancing.
The screw head of VVIS plates were checked with fibre scope and as far as I can see, there was no gap at all between the base of bolt and the butterfly plate so should be fine for many years. Again, just re-torque all of the screws at the time of VVIS chamber cleaning.

Although the intake manifold was covered in thick black mist, not too bad compared to other engines. I placed the lighting source too close and didn't adjust the white balance before/after taking the photo so it may look not so dirty but in real world, it is dark black inside the manifold.

Popped out the old crank seal and new one installed.

While the internal engine was very clean, the cooling system was not looking good.

Addition to the leakage at the WP, I think there was tiny leakage from the base of thermostat as well. It was using the old design spec so never replaced in the past.
Similar to what I saw on 3.2L engine tracked heavily during hot summer in Japan. The temperature gauge will go higher than the horizontal line depending on the track shape even without any power modification to the engine. Best to increase the cooling capacity if tracking C32B depending on track/environment conditions.
While the bolts were loose at the WP, could be the reason for the small leakage at the thermostat although question mark on the coolant maintenance.

As seen on other NSX, heavily corrosion at the coolant pipes.

I'm going to let the hot engine oil to clean this mid rocker arm as the black marking is baked into the metal surface and I don't feel safe trying to remove it. At least, I couldn't feel the difference using my very sensitive finger and being as mid rocker arm, it won't affect the base valve clearance.

Extra marking on almost all of the rocker arms possibly due to the too tight clearance.
