Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

As the weather forecast was quite good for the day and I had another project away from my place, decided to wake up early in the morning and finish everything within the day for this CCU board.

Applied the coating and then double checked both side of the board before placing it back into the plastic case.


It was still cold early in the morning so the coating came out in bit dull reflection but not going to affect the performance.







The plastic case was heavily damaged by the previous owner(s)…..



Only one screw tab left and even this one is already cracked so bit scary to install it into my NSX for vibration testing.






Lovely weather (sorry for the owners in Scotland…), quick driving with lots of hard braking, quick meeting and back to my place.





Happy with all sorts of scenario testing including the self diagnosis test and function & operating check so compiled the results into the service report and contacted the owner through the email.


Done.
