Just keep buidling the engine in preparation for the installation.

New two coolant hoses at the oil cooler.

The rust around the hose was fairly thick but the other side was fine so for now, just re-used the oil cooler.

Applied liquid gasket at the upper two bolts and installed the oil cooler back in place.

Crank pulley torqued to the spec.

Do you have the rubber seal around your TB tension adjuster bolt? Probably not and allowing dust, moisture to enter behind the TB lower cover.
Very bad.....

This ACG looked to be overhauled in the past due to the sticker on its body.
However, the brush or bearing is making bit louder noise than usual. I think this is the noise that I initially thought that it was coming from the A/C belt idle pulley bearing.
I think the owner has another one so if the noise becomes louder, best to replace it. It only makes noise when it's cold.

Before/after of the IAT sensor.
Very thick gunk around the sensor tip. Stain is not a problem.

Installed with new o-ring.

In the process of cleaning the VTEC Spool valves.

New gaskets, new bolts (important) and installed back at both banks.
