Not much to report while in the middle of 4Hr marathon valve clearance adjustment session.

You don't want to stop in the middle as you want to keep the same feeling with your finger and the rhythm. After long hours spent for triple adjusting/checking the clearance and the torque, finally I'm happy with the clearance.

New expensive gasket installed on the new TB lower cover.
In Japan, it's cheaper to buy this cover, WP and the tiny grommet as a separated parts whereas outside Japan, it's cheaper to use -305 parts no. to buy all three as a set of WP kit.

New rubber seals at the TB front and rear mid covers.

As reported earlier, had to rethread some of the bolt holes on the TB cover plates.
For this one at the rear bank, despite rethreading it, the damage was too much without the use of larger bolt so instead, used same size but longer bolt together with a nut at the back.
Also, the bracket was bent in strange way by the previous service so bent it back as close as possible to the OEM style.

About to close the engine.
