All four pulleys back in place and double checked.





New TB tension adjuster, ajuster bolt and tension spring (not installed yet) in preparation for the TB installation.








Quickly install the TB without touching any greasy objects.
Another reason why you need to clean the engine first during the TB service.

As mentioned many times, just check the cam timing like 10 times to be sure that they are perfect.

Without the proper TB tension, the marker won't line up properly.




Torqued the tension adjuster bolt to the spec.
