What a busy weekend.......

Only had short free time on Sunday so quick reassembly of the drive shaft.

I didn't want to touch my mobile phone camera while dealing with that smelly custard cream CV grease so just the end result.

Set the proper offset at 60deg between inboard and outboard spiders, filled the joint housing with the smelly grease, installed each rollers in original direction at their original position, adjusted the amount of air inside the boot and then double looped the boot band with the band end facing forward.
Applied silicone grease around the boot for protection and sprayed the silicone at the wheel speed trigger teeth.
You don't want to see any rusts on there as it could damage your wheel speed sensor.
I apply silicone spray on there once a year on my NSX. You can do it without even removing the tyre or anything. Just lift the car up and spray it from behind there.

Beautifully done.

Will install it on the car today and then I can focus on the brake system as it will require massive amount of time for cleaning them before I can handle them with my bare finger.

More to follow later.
