On this NSX, both the driver and passenger side door opener cable was set at position #1 rather than the standard setting of #2 which is the middle one.

One of the reason is that the driver side handle was already broken and someone made quite nice repair by fabricating the metal sheet instead of CNC machined metal piece.

As soon as I installed the door speakers, I noticed that Right side speaker box sounded very faint in CD mode. As all three AMP was tested on the bench using my spare Bose speaker under exactly the same condition so I knew the AMP was not the problem but not sure about the existing speakers that came with this NSX so connected the Left side speaker box into the right side wire and same issue so it's not a speaker issue either.

I then switched the signal source to FM radio and the R-ch is much better now and while L-ch is still bit louder, the balance is not too bad at all so it's either the CD changer issue or the CD port signal processing inside the audio head unit has problem.
Unfortunately, I don't have spare CD changer or the iPod adaptor such as USA Spec PA11-HON to further investigate the issue so recommended the owner to install adaptor when he is ready together with audio head unit refresh by replacing the caps and strengthen the ACC line inside.

As always, fill the non-WPC connector with dielectric compound to prevent moisture corrosion.

Some of the clips at the door trims were dead so had to be replaced with new ones.

I don't think I'll be re-using these rusty screws....
