As expected, the IAT sensor was covered in oil and full of debris.
Cleaned it and replaced the o-ring.
Should read the correct temperature now.

It's been a while since last time I encountered with the tight oil filter.
It was really tight so probably not replaced for a long time or someone tightened it too much......
It won't fly away so just hand tight is fine.

While removing the oil cooler, found out that there was no grommet around the WP seepage pipe. Unlike the standard TB service carried out in UK, it was good to know that the owner specifically requeseted to replace the WP at the time of last TB service but bit disappointed to find out that the grommet was missing.

It was the same for the TB tension adjuster bolt. It was also missing the rubber seal.

Ah....
What a dirty eng block behind the crank pulley. Never cleaned....

Out of focus but cleaned to this level.
Will leave the rest for the next TB/WP service and hope the owner will consider my Eng Refresh so that I can properly wash the engine.

Removing the old red sealant from the upper two bolt thread for the oil cooler.

As expected, the oil cooler body was also covered in so much gunk that spent some time cleaning it.

Also, the mating surface around the figure of '8' o-ring was contaminated so re-conditioned it properly.
And installed together with new two coolant hoses.

In order to let the liquid gasket to cure, left it overnight without turning the engine.

Will vacuum fill the coolant and fire up the engine this afternoon.
