By the way, glad the owner decided to replace all coolant hoses this time.
All of them were too soft and a few of them were about to burst.

Most of the hose cramps inside the engine bay were heavily corroded and in fact, making it difficult to remove them as they increased its own internal diameter due to the rust.
Pipe fittings were also heavily corroded and almost looked like slowly leaking.

What a dirty TH body....
Probably never washed in the past.

I better check the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor as well.

Still, surprised that the idle rpm was fairly steady dspite all these gunk.

By the way, the VVIS butterflies inside the intake manifold were still held in place with no strange rattle so all of the screws looked to be fine although I can't torque check them without removing the manifold.

There were significant amount of blowby oil trapped at the bottom chamber of VVIS so it may show white smoke at continuous high rpm driving mode as the oil may be sucked back into the engine.
At the next TB service, recommends doing the VVIS service and possibly clean the INJ as well.

Both drive shafts are still seized and stuck inside the hub even after regularly applying the ATF/Accetone plus the occasional high force through the hydraulic puller for a few days now.
I have no option but to finish the cooling system refresh first and then drive the car to see whether the increase in heat can help the situation.

Very busy weekend but let's see what I can do.

More to follow later.
