While the battery is out of the way and on the battery conditioner, replaced the GND cable to a new one.

Looks like the positive terminal was replaced in the past but the internal wall was already corroded so polished it and then applied dielectric compound to prevent moisture getting inside.
Also, I didn't like the existing bolt/nut used on this terminal and since I replaced the existing old GND cable, re-used the terminal bolt/nut on this one.

As always, rinsed inside of the new Koyo radiator several times and ready for the installation.
New 4 bolts used on fitting the rad fan housing and no modification required even with the increased thickness of Koyo radiator so it just slides into its original place.

New upper/lower coolant hoses so positioned the hose cramp closer to the exit of the neck due to the different neck design compared to the OEM rad.
If re-using the existing hose, best to position the cramp at exactly the same position covering the existing marking and may want to use double cramp method.

Due to aftermarket parts in the way, had to change the procedure on replacing the coolant hoses under the bonnet but no drama and done.

Centre floor ones also done.
Two pipes showed heavy oxidation corrosion so had to polish them and couldn't take photo as they were at the upper side and
only found out during my usual inspection method using my finger.
