The dark brown residue shows the tiny adjustment made on the locking mechanism.

Before placing all the interior trims back in the cabin as well as on the roof panel, carried out the showering test.

Worried about the right forward section of the door window glass as the alignment was not good (not related to the service carried out this time)
but the owner never mentioned the water seepage into the cabin and to my surprise, nothing happened during the test.

Normally you will get wind noise or water dripping from the top.

Happy with the result so placed back all the trims.

Another delicate and time consuming tasks.....

There was no screw grommet available where the missing screws were found on the rear roof trim so couldn't install my spare ones.
Something to be done next time when the grommet is available.

As I don't want to see the rear pillar weatherstrip getting damaged, applied silicone grease especially around the area where the window glass approaches from the forward section of the weatherstrip.

Quite interesting to see the relationship between the weatherstrip and the door glass while operating the power window.
The glass only touches the weatherstrip where the damage was caused at the very last moment while raising it.

Also, I didn't like the tired looks of the front one so applied the silicone grease as well.

Going to leave them like this overnight and then wipe off any excess.

303 spray would be better on the rubber where the glass gets in contact.
Excess silicone grease will leave smear marking on the glass whereas the 303 products won't.
However, personally, I feel the 303 didn't last long enough (you can't see it so just my finger feeling) compared to the silicone grease so I normally use the silicone grease, leave it overnight and wipe off the excess.

Will carry out some test driving session today and then preparation for the wheel alignment session.
As seen on almost all NSX, the caster adjuster would be seized by now....

Nearly done.
