Left the sealant without any weights so time to adjust the roof alignment.

The roof locking mechanism.

You will need to loosen the 6 nuts on each sides and also the ones at the receptacle side on the chassis frame.

The trim panel on the roof of this NSX was in very good condition. Quite often when I work on the NSX-T,
I noticed the small tab/rib were all broken causing rattling noise inside the cabin.
On the other hand, it could be the sign that the trim was never removed meaning that this alignment procedure
was never done last time when the weatherstrip was replaced......

As seen on other NSX-T models, the side weatherstrip at the roof panel was partially coming off.
This happens when the owner tries to lift or install the roof panel by holding on the edge.
Re-installed the lip properly.

Adjusting the alignment.

Already saw several shims were used in the past. Quite normal.
I'll leave the detail as it's very delicate and time consuming task.
It will change when you torque lots and lots of nuts and bolts even with the shim.

Checking the window glass alignment.

Not easy to see but the white line shows where the edge of pillar sits across the upper/forward section of the glass.

Left side was not too bad but the right side forward section next to the windshield was not good.

It could be the window glass, pillar or door alignment and considering the state of the front pillar weatherstrip, it's best to address this at the time when the front pillar weatherstrip is going to be replaced as it will change again.
Also, door window glass goes up and down really well so not much point in start disassembling the door now.
