Wanted to make some changes in the service process so decided to finish the A/C CCU circuit board.
It's the later spec light green colour board with all caps in brown sleeve Nichicon PR series.

There was only minimum leakage at C22.
Initially, I thought it was the splashed coating material but looking inside the area where the
leads are coming out at the bottom, it was impossible to apply the coating at such deep channel
at the back of the cap so came to a conclusion that it was the leakage instead.
Not the first time to see it happening on later spec circuit board.

The rest of the board was simply clean so very easy service.
Saves the turnaround time for both myself and the owner and it will also save the cost for the owner.

All aluminium electrolytic caps replaced with much longer life spec, quick bench check and then ready for the conformal coating.

And done.

Will install it back on the car on Monday and carry on working on the NSX-T roof section.
