I already finished writing several articles in order to update the blog so I only had to cut and paste them but unfortunately, I accidentally deleted them (doh!)
so writing this from scratch....

I need to take some rest.....

As always, testing the smooth operation of the pistons after the overhaul.
As the rust managed to get inside the groove of dust boot, applied special treatment.

New bleeder plug at all four corners.
You can see the trace of flake like coating just below the bleeder plug and also around the bleeder socket.

As mentioned previously, there are lots of know-how on the shape/material of the seal with the piston in use. This will significantly change the brake pedal touch.
Therefore, I always recommend using the OEM service kit for caliper overhaul.
It also comes with several different high quality grease so it will save you from buying multiple expensive grease separately.

Once again, thank you to Goodridge for supporting the NSXCB.
Custom made brake lines to NSXCB spec with two line locators at the front.

Always pay extra attention not to twist the line on installation.
The aftermarket brake lines on many NSX were twisted on installation and touching the body work.
It could be dangerous and already at least one NSX owner reported damage to the line because of it.

For the front, I'm going to re-use the existing pad so just cleaned it and done.

Same story for the rear.
Check the operation of the piston as well as the parking brake self adjuster mechanism.

New EBC Redstuff brake pad installed.

Beautiful

10 photos per post for the blog section so can't post any further but the owner will see extra photos in his web photo album
.

I just hope I can get the delivery from Japan very soon as I can't start draining the coolant or disconnecting the TH body without confirming that I have all of the required parts at my place.

Can't book the alignment service until I have definite plan for the rest of the service menues.

More to follow later.
