The crank pulley...... Hm......

It's not replaced in the past and already more than 10 years old....

The weight was not rattling so would be fine for short test driving session but ideally, I would like to replace it while the car is here.
All Honda offices in Japan are closed at the moment so can't place any parts order so need to think something....

I just posted in Technical forum regarding the washer motor and interesting enough, the owner told me that on the way to here, his washer didn't work.

Removed the wiper relays and activated the washer.
I could hear the click under the bonnet so the relay looked to be working fine but nothing happened.

Applied 12V directly on the washer motor using the small sealed battery and confirmed that it was the seized motor.

Interesting thing is, this NSX had its washer motor replaced about 11 years ago so it failed again???

I wonder what kind of fluid was used in the past.
Possibly mixed with hard water and due to low annual mileage, resulted in blocked impeller??? Will be forced to drain the entire tank when replacing the motor so hope I can get the new motor in time from Japan.

Went out for the test driving session.

Very nervous on the rough surface especially going through the roundabout. Just couldn't feel any connection to the road surface.
Partially it's from the aged tyre but also the alignment setup seemed to be not quite right. Probably it was not good idea to use OEM tyre pressure setting on this old tyre.
Will reduce it a little for the next session.

The brake pedal feeling was fine but the car just didn't slow down efficiently.
Probably it's more to do with the condition of the disc surface but will see what's happening inside the caliper.

Probably this is the first UK based NSX-T that I didn't hear too much wind noise while driving although the aftermarket exhaust note was hiding some of them.
Still, quite surprised especially after finding several installation issues around the roof section.

Fairly high voltage reading on the dash. Around 15.3V although the actual voltage would be much lower when measured with the multimeter. Fairly common on later spec models.

PO at 2.5x100kPa at idle rpm. Higher than normal but not sure what kind of eng oil is in the engine at the monent and this gauge is not accurate so just use it as an indicator.

TW just touching the lower side of the horizontal marker when OBD2 data showing 83degC. Normal for later spec models.

Still in the middle of Health Check but some photos for the owner.

High beam light bulbs were not installed properly on both R & L sides. Re-installed them properly like in 3rd photo above.

The bulb holder units rattles a bit especially at the right side. This can be noticed even at idle rpm. Typical face lift model issue inside the light unit.

Similar to the cause of rattle with the pop up light unit, you need to access the outer lower section of the light unit behind the adjuster mechanism.
It's not easy to see in the 4th photo but you need to either operate the adjuster to eliminate the tiny gap behind the black square spacer where the thread goes through or sandwich something in that tiny gap.
In order to do it properly, you will need to open the clear plastic lens cover and I'm afraid, I only done it three times with already damaged spare units so not quite ready to do it on someone's beautiful NSX. I don't like dealing with that hot melt glue as well and possibly not cost effective unless doing the DIY.
