Some notes from the Health Check.

Please consider replacing all of the coolant hoses and cramps.
You can check the manufactured date from the label on the hose. One of them is showing as 14/Nov/01 so about 13 years old.
All of the hoses are similar age and after 10 years on these EPDM hoses used on NSX, it's a gamble to predict when it will burst. Some failed even within 10 years (aftermarket header/exhaust) others failed at about 15 years time or even survived much longer period.

Although the A/C gas was full, it seems like it is/was leaking from here. There was also same sign at the left side condenser fitting.
A few years ago, when I checked the gas level, it was bit low and not full. This time, it was full so bit strange and asked the owner.
Confirmed that it was re-charged recently. Wish the operator has cleaned the area
.....

Please keep eye on the gas level as you don't want to leave any leakage as you will loose compressor oil gradually leading to compressor failure.
Any mechanical failure at the compressor could result in huge bill as the metal dust can travel everywhere inside the A/C pipe and since the drier/filter is positioned after the condensers that it could clog both R & L condenser units.

Already informed the owner but please keep eye on the CL reservoir level.
Way too black but no leakage from the master/slave cyl or from the CL hose yet.
Just waiting for it to happen.....

Brake reservoir was in the same condition but it will be replaced this time so not a problem.

The plastic cover under the glove box was not installed properly and even the pin was already broken.
The carpet clips were also gone....

Unfortunately, the header tank is showing tiny seepage but not enough to show changes in coolant level.
I replaced it more than 2 years ago and normally this won't happen for many years although I heard from several US and JP owners that their OEM header tank started to leak again within a year.
May be replace it again when dealing with all of the coolant hoses.

As reported earlier, please replace all four tyres very soon.
Just about hitting the wear limit at the inside on all of them.
There is a screw at the Front Right close to the edge of repairable window so another reason to replace it very soon.
Not going to remove it as it will cause slow puncture.
Being as the small screw and not a nail, bit lucky as it will stop the leakage by the small threaded body.
