Initially, I thought it would be best to return everything including the cables when returning the faulty iPod adaptor USA Spec PA11-HON.

However, after talking to the owner, he would try getting only the replacement control box and keep the good cables so that I can install them this time.

So, went ahead and modified the centre arm rest glove box and installed the cables.

There were lots of extra cables behind the seats and as I was not sure whether it was a completed project or on going one, tiewrapped the iPod adaptor loom separated from the rest of the additional cables so that the owner can carry on with his own project.

By the way, the classic iPod mini and PA11-HON box in the photo are mine.

Tested the final installation and happy with the result so removed my control box and iPod mini from the centre arm rest glove box.
Placed the protection cover on the DIN connector to prevent short circuit until the owner receives the replacement box.

Done.

Quick Eng oil and oil filter change. Filled the new filter with the fresh Mobil 1.
As always, about extra 400cc extracted from the top.

Please replace Eng oil regardless of annual mileage.

Went out for the test driving session including the 70mph cruising mode to set all emission flags.

Initial basic tests went well, parked the car for a quick check up, happy with the result so time for the 70mph cruising mode.

All emission flags are now set, cool down the car and then washing time.

Thank you for using my service and looking forward to servicing your NSX again next year.

Regards,
Kaz
