After having really good time at Silverstone Classic reminding me of my old days, back to the reality.

Already started working on the head unit but as Alpine changed the board design several times during the NSX production time, I was not sure whether I had enough capacitors or not until I opened the unit.

Not a big problem as even if I'm short of the specific caps, normally it's next day delivery.

On this NSX, it had the later spec light green board material so the circuit design was also the later spec.

While waiting for the delivery, started replacing some of the caps.
As the owner acted early enough, there was no cap leakage saving my time as well as the time/money for the owner.

No noise while operating the volume but as a precaution, dash of contact cleaner applied.
The module was not rattling so no need to remove the locking nut and re-apply the Loctite.

ACC line strengthened and applied conformal coating to hold the cable in place as well.

Ready to re-assemble.

Testing the radio and cassette mode together with the Bose AMP and speaker on each channel.
