Pretty much done with the service and just need to carry out the final test driving session and wash the car. Then the car is ready to be collected by the owner from tomorrow (Friday).

Adjusted the alignment of the washer nozzle as one of the driver side was pointing too low.

Vacuum leak check on the cooling system.
Left it for 30min and not a tiny movement on the needle so happy with the result.

Vacuum feed the Type 2 coolant. With Koyo rad, it will require extra amount but not that much.

After initial bleeding, quick 30sec fireup to push any remaining air pockets towards the heater core section as well as to the header tank.

After another bleeding session, fully warmed up the engine.
Even in this hot weather, it took extra time for the rad fan to operate once the thermostat fully opened so Koyo rad seems to be doing its job.

Put the car in the air to confirm no strange looking around the replaced coolant hoses and cramps.

Checked the operation of the rad fan and kept the engine running until the rad fan came on several times.

Will adjust the coolant level after letting the engine to cool down over night.

Ready for the test driving session.
Not looking forward to it as I'll need to keep the heater setting at 32degC in this hot weather....

The A/C on this NSX doesn't work any way as there is no gas.....

Will wash the car later in the evening.

Hope the owner can collect his NSX by mid afternoon Monday as I'm expecting another one visiting my place in the evening.
