Koyo Rad, Cooling Sys, Washer motor 02

Some of the photo will look strange due to the way I copied them but hope you can get the idea.

The new high pressure spec washer motor with the sealing grommet and connector cushion.
Checked the washer tube and nozzle using the compressed air and they were all fine so started installing the motor and rest of the removed parts.
Didn't like the lack of enough amount of calcium based grease left inside the connector so instead, used silicone grease to shut out the moisture.

Removed the relays to disable the wipers and quick check of the system.

Strong stream of washer fluid came out from all four nozzles and just need to check the alignment once the bonnet is closed.

Done.

The Koyo Rad.
Although I never saw any debris coming out of the new Koyo Rad, as a standard procedure, rinsed the new rad many times to be sure that nothing left inside during the manufacturing process.

The OEM one is 32mm whereas Koyo one is 36mm thick so bit extra cooling capacity.

No modification required on installation and it just slides into place.
Fitting the OEM rad fan shroud and resistor block (not installed yet in this photo) is plug and play.
Of course, use new bolts.

Installed.
