Not much to report while repeating the same procedure of installing the new Bilstein damper with OEM spring.

Just one message to the owner.

This is the clearance between the OEM damper/spring and your existing tyre at full droop at rear.

As you can see, it's already very close and the gap will change under 1G or when compressed with the effect of alignment/tyre-wheel spec, etc.

When using Bilstein damper at higher perch, OEM tyre/wheel size won't rub. In fact, I never had any issues when using the OEM wheel with OEM tyre size at both the upper/lower perch with Bilstein damper if the spring seat direction was installed with extra care and using similar alignment spec as OEM one.
I always check it after the installation any way.

However, in the future, if using the lower perch, different tyre size even on OEM wheel, aftermarket wheel, spacer, aggressive alignment, etc, please pay extra attention in checking the clearance.

When replacing the tyre from one manufacture to another, please note that there are always small differences in actual size even the tyre size numbers are the same.

All four corners installed and ready to be torqued under 1G.

Just need to flush the ABS and change the Eng oil/filter, carry out test driving and wash the car.

Should be ready for next week.
