In order to be as close as possible with the OEM rideheight, I'll set the C-ring at the upper perch.

Using the lower perch will lower the rideheight about 25mm depending on the lever ratio.


Because of using the new rubber parts, we can't carry out the alignment service immediately until the damper/spring settles.




Removed the air deflector temporarily as it was obstructing the removal of the lower damper bolt.





Looks like someone touched the right side tierod end. The way the split pin was inserted is not the Honda spec. The upper section of the boot looked to be leaking but not sure whether it was the left over from the old one or not.




Suspension bolts are not torqued yet but nicely installed.
Positioned the lower edge of the spring here away from the tyre.



Hope to tighten all of the suspension bolts and nuts under 1G very soon.
Some of them showed white oxidation so applied silicone grease on all of them.
