After hours/days of adjustment and testing, finally, happy with the result so started placing the parts back in place.

The dashboard sharp metal scratching against the key cyl area.
Should be fine once the dash gauge installed and secured but as a prec-aution, applied felt wool.

Going to leave the air duct off as I'm quite sure I need further adjustment when tested in cold condition.

For now, done with the dashboard and will start replacing the CL Hyd sys.

I hate using the splitter pin at CL master and I prefer using the later spec one after testing it for more than several 10K miles on my NSX.

Just apply some non-melting grease to prevent rattling metal noise around the pin and pivot.

New CL master cyl installed.

New CL hose and slave cyl installed.
Applied Urea grease at the saddle of the release fork and confirmed the seating of the dust cover.

In the process of priming and pressure bleeding the Hyd sys.

Removing and applying silicone grease around the alignment bolt in preparation for the Bilstein damper installation.

More to follow later.
