Nothing special here so just a quick report....

Eng oil and filter changed regardless of super low annual mileage.
As mentioned many times, when the eng is stopped, some of the valves are in open state.
Therefore, even your garage is A/C controlled or having heater inside, the condensation can happen inside the eng and eng oil is the only thing that can wrap the contamination and prevent it from sticking back to the eng.

It's much more important to change the oil regularly than spending hours discussing about the spec of the eng oil.
It's not F1 eng and Honda designed it with the oil that can be purchased even in the remote island in mind.

After looking at the extra sand/debris inside the intake manifold when aftermarket air filter was used on many eng, I always prefer the OEM one unless the eng requires modification to the intake air flow such as with the highlift camshaft on C30A or just normal C32B eng driven at WOT.

Although it was due to be replaced last year, it was still clean after testing it with the LED light but replaced it this time.

The old and tired -000HE battery out and new -011HE one in the car together with new GND cable.
As always, stop tightening the terminal nut as soon as you feel enough resistance leaving some gap at the clamp.

The dampers at the eng rear hatch glass and at the boot lid replaced.

Not a problem but the trans mount bolt were placed in the reversed order after the CL service.
The bolt head should be at the other end and the nut should be here.

Probably the same on your NSX.
The plastic disc at the FL damper top was missing.
May be specific on the RHD model???
