Quick oil change in preparation for the fire up.
As my standard procedure, fresh Mobil 1 in the oil filter but probably not required.

Vacuum leak check of the cooling sys.
There was super slow leakage at the heater pipe bleeder so had to increase
the torque a bit. Probably overtightened in the past.
I was worried about the state of the radiator as well as the old coolant hoses around the car especially the ones at the front. There was sign of old coolant leakage at the radiator
and I'm quite surprised that it didn't show up on the vacuum gauge over 40min.

When the coolant hoses were compressed during the vacuum leak check,
they looked as if about to break so please replace them in the near future.
It was recommended to the owner in the original quote.
to save the cost.

New GND cable installed.

New Main Relay.
Quite surprised that the original Main relay survived for such long time and mileage.
Probably the new record.

It’s the original design with the mechanical wound spring so very early model.
There were clearly many soldering cracks on the board so the owner was
very lucky not being stranded.
