TB tensioned properly and adjuster bolt torqued to the spec.

New TB lower cover with expensive rubber seal.
Quite often, this seal was missing on many NSX after they had standard TB service.

Always replace the two coolant hoses at the oil cooler with new cramp.
They are continuously under very high heat especially if you have
the aftermarket header/back box.
These two hoses, the ones under the header tank and the ones at the
centre floor cover are most likely to burst first among all other hoses.

The all important small rubber seal around the TB tension adjuster bolt. Probably missing from your NSX.

The famous rattling noise from the worn bearing at the A/C idle pulley.
Replaced with new one as a pulley assy.

If you are doing DIY, it’s cheaper to press out the failed bearing and
take it to your nearby bearing shop to find the replacement.
It’s from NOK and almost all of the shops will stock it as it’s the leading company
in the bearing world.

Normally, I don’t need to touch the EGR valve but compared to mine,
I didn’t like the way the solid carbon built up on this one so gently removed them.
Don’t want to disturb the needle/spindle so be careful.
