Should have taken the 'before' photo but the TB back plate/cover were
covered in so much debris and also the melted potting from the
CRK/CYL sensor.

Spent extra time cleaning them to this level.




Time for the re-assembly process.
New LMA installed.






Followed by the rocker shaft, arms and orifice.






Some of the exh mani stud bolts were missing/broken so installed new one.
Ideally, you want to use the shorter NA2 spec ones but only had the original style.
All of the old thread were checked.




Cam shafts and holders are going back in place now.

From here, everything will speed up.
