In order to take the engine out of the bay, I need to disconnect the
RR wheel speed sensor connector that is located behind the boot carpet.

I just couldn’t stand the awful smell of the boot carpet and also it was covered
in grass and mud (probably, the owner loves playing golf).

As the weather is getting better, decided to take the entire carpet out from
the boot and going to pressure wash it followed by IPA treatment or
some sort of disinfectant spray.

The body panel was also covered in mud so washed the car at the very
beginning.

Although the carpet was dry, there was some wet marking at the very edge
of the left boot section around the power ANT assy.

I didn’t see any old water markings around the aerial motor so not sure where the
moisture came from. It could be the result of washing the car and the water managed
to get in there through the tired boot weatherstrip but then it should land on
the carpet and not behind.
So, something to be monitored for the future.

There were so many debris under the carpet so protection mask on my face and
cleaned the boot panel thoroughly.

Wrapping, wrapping, wrapping.

Poor battery GND cable......
Twised, sharply bent and even loose.....

I think I better replace it with a new one.
