Air Con CCU Board Service 05

Rate this Entry

Started to rebuild so many damaged circuit tracks and pads.

After more than 10 hours, finally I managed to get to the point where I was happy to power up the board for the first time after receiving it.

At the end, I used 8 x hard wires, 4 x jumper wires for the rebuilt process, lots and lots of soldering bridges to reinforce the circuit pads against the noise and ripple.

I have worked on many CCU boards but this one made the new record for the amount of extra parts required.
