It’s the late model engine so instead of metal washer,
o-ring is used at the fuel line.

Upper side of the engine is ready for the short burst cranking mode.

Vacuum check of the cooling system.
Left it for 45min and happy with the result.

While waiting for the vacuum leak check of the cooling system,
looked into the GND cable.
As reported earlier, I was not happy with the state of battery posts and GND cable.
They were showing corrosion and some minor damages.

The owner brought the new GND cable so decided to replace it.

As in my earlier posts, there were so many extra wires under the bonnet
and some of them were in really bad routing.

It was also obstructing the process of replacing the CL master cyl.

Finally, managed to replace the GND cable and decided to change the
way the extra wires were mounted at the GND terminal.
I may need to put it back in original orientation again due to the
shape of the non-Honda battery but will see how it goes.

With extra time required for exhaust area and dealing with all sorts of
wires under the bonnet, ran out of the time for the day so
will continue tomorrow.

More to follow later.
