Torque check of head bolt.
None of them moved on this engine.

Removed the dirty black contaminated oil from the LMA pocket
as well as many oil pockets around the cyl head and cleaned them to this level.

Removed the old liquid gasket under the #1 and #4 cam holders.
You need to clean it to this level and then create oil free surface before
applying the liquid gasket in order to prevent any oil seepage for many years.

Something not possible through the standard TB/WP service.

Twelve set of rocker arms were cleaned individually and then re-assembled
in the original orientation/position using lots of eng oil.
Then checked for the smooth movement of the pistons.

This rocker shaft seal plug is heavily corroded.
Hope to receive replacement in time before start cranking the engine.

After hours of cleaning process, finally the rocker arms and shafts were back in place
and coated the area with fresh eng oil.

Some of the before/after photos.

Latest design LMA installed.

Re-assembly process started.

More to follow later.
