Started the disassembly process.

IAT sensor covered in black oil and debris.
Will be cleaned and replace the o-ring.

With the blowby gas routing on the black valve covers, normally, the front bank will
show more dirt than the rear one.
However, on this engine, rear one was quite dirty compared to the front side.
May be someone cleaned the front one in the past or I better check the
operation of the PCV valve.

Still, after removing the cam shaft, I found that the internal engine parts such as
the rocker arms, cam holders, etc showed much more dirt on the front side than
the rear one.

One of the rubber gasket was missing from the TB front cover and
the one at the TB lower cover was not installed properly at several areas.

Someone really struggled to handle the TB rear cover.
Scratch marking all over the place.
I hope I can re-use it......

As expected, having difficult time removing two of the TB lower cover bolt.

The result of keep re-using the TB tension adjuster pulley.
The bearing was already rattling and the grease splashed around the area.
