Long hours marathon session of valve clearance adjustment started.

The clearance and the torque checked twice for each cyl and
as my standard procedure, they were checked one more time to bring
all 24 adjustments as close as possible.
Done.

The oil pressure sender unit.
It looked as if it was leaking not only from the O-ring area but also
from the top hidden section inside the rubber protector.
Because of this, the leaked oil was trapped inside the blue wire protector tube and
eventually covered the connector in thick oil.
It actually managed to fill the connector with the oil so another cleaning session.
Will see how it behaves once the engine started.

The VTEC spool valve.
Simply, it was just full of black oil.

Both gaskets were flattened and leaking heavily.
It was left in this condition for a long time that it managed to allow the
build up of the gunk.

There was nothing trapped at the meshed filter so the VTEC was engaging but still,
not nice to see these thing where tiny oil jets were involved.

Another reason why it’s important to replace the engine oil regularly
even when the car was not used for several months.

Cleaned the solenoid and valve to this level, created oil free surface at
the head and now installed.
