While in UK and US, it’s cheaper to buy the WP, TB lower cover and
the tiny grommet as a set using the -305 WP assy parts no.,
it’s not the case in Japan. It’s cheaper to buy them separately as
three different parts.

WP will be installed shortly but before that, prepared the TB lower cover with
the expensive new gasket. The tiny grommet was also installed.

New rubber seals at the IG coil covers.

And same goes for the TB mid covers.

Someone already replaced the rear mid cover to the later spec one that has
wider gap at the intake cam gear and been strengthened against the warpage.
Front one is still the old original design but no scratch markings were observed so
going to re-use it.

New oil seal at the crank shaft.
I just use old CL release bearing for pushing in the seal.

Finally, completed the removal of the melted potting and washing off the
debris/grease from the TB back plates.
Installed new seals.

Cam gears installed.

After removing the old red sealant and installing the dowel pins, new WP installed.
